Now that you are an empty nester, is a single story home for you? As parents, we all come to the point where the kids have all grown and left the nest. As an empty nester, you may be wondering what the next steps of homeownership look like for you?

According the National Association of Home builders “Nationwide the share of new homes with two or more stories fell from 53% in 2018 to 52% in 2019, while the share of new homes with one story grew from 47% to 48%”
